Wow it has been a long time since I last posted here. I honestly hadn't thought about this blog for a long time but now that I am training for another marathon; it seems like the right time to start posting again. I will be "attempting" to post my weekly workouts leading up to my 8th marathon, how hopefully not-injured I am, and my opinions on the Hansen Marathon Method that I will be using as a training guide. The marathon I'm training for is the Grandma's Marathon in June up in Minnesota. Follow along as I attempt to get back in marathon shape once again.
Get up and run, jog, walk, or whatever; just don't stop moving,
