Health Update - during one of my runs during week 7, I felt the nerve in my left leg begin to throb again and I again have numbness down the inside of my left leg. This happened 2 years ago and it halted my running for almost 4 months. I plan to continue running unless it gets worse. My turf toe has been much better and I even completed a trail run without the toe being taped yesterday. My right knee always hurts a little but that is almost unavoidable at this point.
Overall - I am holding up at 8 weeks in and will stick with the plan for week 9.
Taking time to soak in cold water after a run really helps me to feel better the next day.
